One Steakhouse presents a luxury steakhouse brand built by the first family of steakhouses. Brothers Michael Morton and David Morton leverage three generations of devotion to quality, method and flavor in an unrivaled steakhouse experience, located inside Las Vegas’s newest luxury property, Virgin Hotels.

One Steakhouse is a culmination of the brothers’ combined life experiences and training, from family meals to following in the footsteps of their father, legendary restaurateur Arnie Morton. Executive Chef Patrick Munster’s menu channels One Steakhouse’s singular taste and presentation with classic steakhouse offerings and creative dishes to please every palate.   

 

The One Steakhouse experience envelops the senses by design. Energy from the vibrant bar lounge spills over into the dining room built for gorgeous and memorable dinners. The same atmosphere extends upstairs with a hip, social setting for mingling or taking in sporting events on an LED video wall, while dining with the same luxurious service and flavors.
